The first episodes of every series are free; after the paywall, each episode can be unlocked with coins, with a rewarded ad, or by holding a membership. DramaBox's developer summarised the choice in an App Store reply (26 Jun 2024): users can collect "free coins through completing tasks or simply by watching ads", but "we recommend the subscription rather than coins".
What is the difference between paid coins and bonus coins?

A QWE AI Academy article from 2026 claims DramaBox episodes cost about 50 coins each. A second QWE article describes 15 rewarded ads a day at 2 coins each, which would earn 30 coins a day, less than one episode at that rate. Both are blog claims we could not verify.
Report 3: $0.20–$0.50 per episode
Third-party estimates (Streaming Lens, QWE, and a Gemini research summary) put a coin-unlocked DramaBox episode at $0.20–$0.50. A 2024 App Store reviewer described paying "$20 for the equivalent of 40 episodes", which is exactly $0.50 each. If packs are priced near $0.01 per coin, as one 2026 model estimates, $0.20–$0.50 equals about 20–50 coins.

Why do the DramaBox coin reports differ?
