Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information TopDrama.app ("TopDrama", "we", "us") collects when you visit https://topdrama.app, why we collect it, who we share it with and what choices you have. TopDrama.app is an independent editorial website that reviews and compares short drama apps. We do not sell products, we have no user accounts and we never ask you for payment details.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is the operator of TopDrama.app. You can reach us at editor@topdrama.app for any privacy question or request. We respond within 30 days.
2. What we collect
- Technical data (always): our host, Vercel Inc., processes your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and the pages you request, in order to deliver and secure the site. These server logs are kept for a short period by Vercel.
- Analytics data (with consent where required): if you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 records how you use the site — pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, clicks on outbound partner links, approximate location (country/city), device and browser. IP addresses are not stored by GA4.
- Advertising data (with consent where required): if you allow advertising cookies, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and Microsoft Advertising (UET) may record that you arrived from one of our ads and whether you clicked a partner link, so we can measure and improve our campaigns.
- Your consent choice: stored in your browser's local storage (key
td_consent) so we don't ask again. - Emails you send us: if you email us, we keep your message and address to reply.
We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment data or sensitive data through this website, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

4. Cookie consent and Google Consent Mode
Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland see a cookie banner. Until you accept, analytics and advertising storage stays denied using Google Consent Mode v2, and the Meta Pixel and Microsoft UET tags are not loaded at all. 5. Partner (affiliate) links
Buttons such as "Watch DramaBox" or "Visit Site" go through addresses that start with topdrama.app/go/. These redirect you to an affiliate network and then to the app or its app-store page. The affiliate network and the app provider may set their own cookies or identifiers to attribute your install or purchase; their privacy policies apply once you leave our site. 6. Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent personal data. Some providers process data in the United States; transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep data
Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Advertising cookies expire according to the table in our Cookie Policy (typically 90 days to 13 months). Emails are kept for up to 24 months after the conversation ends.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and similar laws) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not sell data; to opt out of ad measurement, choose Reject in the cookie banner or on the Cookie Policy page. 9. Children
TopDrama.app is intended for adults. Several apps we review are rated 18+ on the App Store. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
