Get Your Short Drama App Reviewed by TopDrama.app

By TopDrama.app Editorial Team · Published · Updated · How we research

If you run a short drama app or web service, you can ask TopDrama.app to research it and publish an independent review. Three rules apply to every review, paid or not:

  1. We write every review ourselves. No app operator writes, edits, approves or sees the text before it is published. Anything an operator sends us — a fact sheet, a press kit, its own marketing copy — is material we check, never text we publish.
  2. What can be paid for is the research, not the result. The fee covers our work: gathering and cross-checking public information and whatever the operator provides, installing and using the app (including paying its paywall with our own money), scoring it, comparing it with the apps already listed, and writing the review.
  3. Ranking positions are not for sale, at any price. After the research, an app goes wherever the comparison with the others puts it — including the bottom of the list — and a weak result is published as it is.

The price is quoted per service and is not published. It depends on how much there is to check — the number of markets, platforms, languages and billing options — not on the outcome.

Why a review here is worth having

A new platform can describe itself on its own site, but it cannot write the independent page that people and search engines look for when they ask whether a service is legitimate, what it costs and how it differs from DramaBox or ReelShort. A dated, source-cited review on a site that covers the whole category is that page: a record of the service that exists outside its own marketing, which search engines and AI assistants can cite when those questions come up.

That is what you would pay for. We do not promise a ranking position, a date for reaching the top of the list, or any amount of traffic.

What the research includes

What we need from you

We do not need a free account or promo codes; we pay for the subscription ourselves so the experience matches what a viewer gets.

"Tested" and "listed": what the difference is

Review statuses on TopDrama.app
StatusHow the review is madeWhat it can say
ListedBuilt from public data: store listings, company documents, analyst reports and user reportsFacts we can source; nothing about the paid experience we have not seen
TestedPublic data plus our own hands-on use, including paying the paywallAlso the real checkout, billing period, free-viewing limits and cancellation steps

Every app in today's ranking is listed from public data. A tested review is deeper, not kinder: it uses the same criteria and can lower a score as easily as raise it.

How it works, step by step

  1. You send the enquiry form below.
  2. We reply with a quote for your service and an estimated research period.
  3. We research, use and score the app. You are not shown the draft.
  4. We publish the review, labelled Commissioned review, and place the app where its score puts it.
  5. If you spot a factual error after publication, send the evidence and we correct it with a date. Opinions and scores are not negotiated.
  6. The app is then refreshed with the rest of the ranking every month, like any other app.

Advertising is a different service

An advertiser can also pay for a placement, but that is advertising, not a review. Ads are labelled as advertising, sit outside the ranking and outside review verdicts, and their links carry rel="sponsored". Buying an ad does not add an app to the ranking, move it, or change what a review says. We can decline ads that do not fit the site. For ads, choose "Advertising or a paid placement" in the form.

Questions operators ask first

Who writes the review?

We do, always. The operator does not write, edit, approve or see the review before it is published, and text the operator sends is used only as material to check.

Does paying get my app a higher position?

No. The fee pays for the research; the position comes from comparing the app's score with the others, and it can be anywhere in the list, including the bottom. A weak result is published as it is.

How much does it cost?

The price is quoted per service after we see the scope: markets, platforms, languages and billing options. We do not publish a price list.

Can we read the review before it goes live or ask for changes?

No. You can send corrections of fact with evidence after publication, and we fix verified errors with a dated note. Wording, verdicts and scores are ours.

Will readers know the research was paid for?

Yes. A review that comes from paid research carries a "Commissioned review" label at the top of the page, and our disclosure explains how the service works.

How long does it take, and will it bring traffic?

We agree an estimated research period with the quote. We do not promise a ranking position, a publication date tied to results, or any level of traffic.

TopDrama.app Editorial Team
We research short drama apps full-time: app-store listings, pricing screens, company statements and analyst data (Sensor Tower, Omdia, MPA, Appfigures). Every number names its source and date; this is a research-based review — we analyse store listings, company data and user reports rather than running lab tests. Corrections: contact us.
